NOTICE OF INTENDED CASH FLOW BORROWING

Notice is Hereby Given that at the meeting of the Board of Education of the South Lake Schools, County of Macomb, State of Michigan (the “School District”), to be held on the 18th day of June, 2025, a decision will be made or discussed with respect to the issuance of the School District’s proposed state aid notes that will be payable from state aid, but will also contain a limited tax full faith and credit pledge of the School District.
