We understand that we are going through a very tumultuous time and many may feel distress and anxiety. Our goal is to provide students with some resources for dealing with the stress they may feel. Please use the resources below to help students and parents calm themselves.    Yoga class   Zentangles  These are an interesting type of mindfulness drawing that are taught here online.   Calming music and visuals  Click on a mandala to color; click on "color online" at the right of the picture"; click on a color and then on the part of the picture you want to color.  Search around on the site....lots more to choose from!  This one is even easier to work on and you can even design your own!   Lots of calming activities to try out!
