Primary Funds

Five "Primary Funds" have been created to support five basic areas of education.

Technology

Technology transforms how we live, work and communicate. This fund will provide tools, training and resources, enabling students to realize their greatest potential in an ever-expanding global community and workplace.

The Arts

The Arts have the ability to communicate across all boundaries of geography, economic conditions, ethnic backgrounds and abilities, uniting students and the community. This fund is dedicated to improving learning, fostering talent and creativity, and ensuring the continued academic excellence of South Lake students.

Cultural Enrichment

This fund identifies programs that explore and promote mutual respect for all students regardless of socio-economic status, abilities or other personal preferences. Enrichment and education help prepare South Lake students for life and work in an increasingly diverse and global community.

Professional Development

This fund is dedicated to creating professional development opportunities not available through traditional resources for educators, staff, and administrators. Encouraging the development of more effective and creative ways to express ideas and knowledge will strengthen the educational experience of South Lake students.

Scholastic Enhancement

Scholastic Enhancements will offer students and teachers educational opportunities to fulfill a variety of needs beyond the normal core curriculum, and encourage lifelong learning for the South Lake community.
