Residency Requirements for South Lake students
All enrollments are done at the Board of Education Office which is located at 23101 Stadium Blvd. We are located off of Nine Mile Road between Harper Avenue and I-94. We will need the following information in order for you child to be registered in South Lake Schools.
1. Driver's License or State ID Card
2. Voter Registration Card
3. Current utility bill showing name and address
4. A lease or closing statement
5. Original Birth Certificat
6. Immunization record
